Each villa follows an open plan design that boasts spectacular sea views of Selong Belanak bay from the kitchen, living, dining or even bed rooms. Kitchen and Living rooms open up onto the oversized deck with outdoor Dining and Infinity pool. With plenty of options for lounging around, they’re made for long hot days and starry nights. Our 2beders are positioned at different elevations within the Estate and have slightly different characters.
Cloud 9
is our first villa and positioned at the top of the Estate, high above the treeline. If you want complete privacy with your head amongst the clouds, this is the villa for you. With clear views of the entire bay, sunrise and sunset
The social
is positioned in the middle of the Estate close to Casa Sud. If ease of access is a priority or you have a larger group needing multiple villas, this is a great choice. With a large expansive lawn below and pathway connecting to Casa Sud, it’s made for entertaining.

is positioned near the bottom of the Estate and as the name suggests is located just above a grove of coconut trees. Set against a soundtrack of birdsong, here you are immersed in nature
