2Bed villas
Our villas follow the same open plan design facing outwards towards the view and directly into the SE trade winds. Front facing doors and windows have ceiling-to-floor glass and are sliding, designed to open up the view and seamlessly connect the villa.
Facing south into the trade winds and elevated high above sea level, the villas are a few degrees cooler than down on the beachfront. The trade winds and elevation also mean no mosquitos and a very peaceful quiet atmosphere surrounded by nature.
Suspended off the ground, the villas have a unique sensation of floating in space and time. Your own little bubble, away from the world. DUNIA after all means ‘the temporal world and its earthly concerns’.
We have fully equipped Kitchens and a grocery delivery service (you cook, we clean) due to our location being away from any restaurants or cafes.
If cooking is not your thing our staff can cook basic Indonesian meals during the daytimes (0900am-1700pm) and organize Indonesian buffet or seafood BBQ in the evenings. (1800-2000pm). We’ve also got our favorite restaurants can order takeaway and deliver to your door.
Designed for small groups and families that want a peaceful hillside retreat, but isn’t too far from beaches / restaurants / cafes.
Villa 1 (CLOUD 9)
is located at the very top and as the name suggests feels like you’re head is in the clouds
villa 2 (SOCIAL)
is located in the middle, in between CasaSud and Treetops. Ideal for larger groups of 8-10 pax, to book together with those villas.

‘CASA SUD’
Our largest and original villa.
This beautiful 2 story / 3 bedroom villa, was designed with families and groups in mind. The large kitchen and dining areas open onto an expansive deck and pool. With bean bags, sofas, loungers and chairs there’s plenty of options to choose from.
With a fully equipped kitchen, stocked upon request, it’s perfect for entertaining groups up to 8-10 pax.
Guest bedrooms are downstairs adjoining the living / dining - one twin, one double - each with an ensuite bathrooms.
The Master bedroom is upstairs with its own private balcony, office / study and the ensuite has a bathtub with panoramic sea views. No better way to watch the sunset.
Originally conceived as a semi permanent residence by the owners, Casa Sud is more of a home than a villa.
