All parking is centralized near the entrance. This is to reduce infrastructure costs through the project but also reduce sound. DUNIA is in a very peaceful natural setting, which we want to preserve into the future.
Pathways lead from the carpark to each Plot, with short sets of stairs linking to the Villa itself. In Phase 2 the pathway will be sealed to allow for golf cart (luggage and housekeeping).
See the Masterplan for indications of accessibility but as a general rule the Plots with the least accessibility have the highest privacy and vice versa.

Electricity, water and Wifi are all connected and included in the price.
Electricity mains is 3phase, centralized in the carpark and distributed via underground cable to the Plot. We also have a backup generator in the event of electricity cuts.
Water is provided via a deep bores on the property, measuring 80 and 120m deep. The main storage tanks are centralized in the carpark and distributed via underground pipes to the Plot. In the event of problems with the bores, we have a local water truck supplier to back up.
Internet is a satelite based 20-30mbps connection with a local provider. However we have submitted an application for Elon Musks Starklink service and hopeful to have that in place by Dec 2024.
